All files are in a PDF format and are available for immediate download. The Asthma Action Plan should be written in consultation with your doctor. The asthma plans and worksheets have been created as part of the download series for use with My Asthma Bag asthma management system.

Asthma Bag Sticker Printable – To make your own asthma bag, download and add photo and personal details, then print and stick onto a large clear plastic container. (If purchasing an asthma bag from Bello Alito, a photo id name card is included and the “Asthma Management System” logo is on the bag, so no need to print).
