Need an Asthma First Aid Bag/Box in a Hurry?
We make asthma bags (which are awesome by the way) but if you are in a hurry and can’t wait for one of our bags to arrive (for example, you have a school camp to pack for tonight and need to get all of your child’s asthma gear together and ready) then this printable may help you.
You can attach the printables sheet stickers, in two ways, either using an A4 sticker sheet to attach the labels to the outside, or print to plain paper and attach with sticky tape to the inside of the box.
To Start, You Will Need:
- A4 printing sheet. Will work on full sheet, 2 to a sheet or even 4 to a sheet. (Flip the sheet in the printer and print it again if you need another set).
- A4 printing paper and sticky tape (if attaching to the inside of a clear container).
- A large clear plastic container (I used a 2-litre sized decor container, but use what you have available)
- Asthma Plan completed by your doctor
- Asthma Spacer
- Asthma Medication
Open the Asthma First Aid Kit Printable in word or Photoshop and add your personal details, including a photo. For a clear, passport style photo, a school photo often does the trick, take a photo or scan it then overlay it on the printable. Print the sheet and cut out the photo ID and first aid logos, sticking them on the most visible sections of the plastic container. Or print to plain paper and use sticky tape to attach to the inside, but make sure you can clearly see through the container.
How to Pack the Asthma First Aid Box
When packing the container, include two lots of medication for when one runs out, allowing you time to then replace the one that ran out before you find yourself with no medication. Place the asthma plan over the medication so that it must be seen before reaching the medication. (Like we’ve made the Bello Alito asthma bags). And lastly, don’t forget to label everything.
Hope it helps.
