So how do you pack MyAsthmaBag to get the most out of them?
To illustrate, I’ve packed the bag in a few different ways.
If you store medication in the original box it can help others with additional instructions for each item and keeps the kit tidy.
Small volume spacers – give room for more things. (Bird Healthcare purple spacer shown here).
Large volume spacers – can be halved to pack more in the bag. (Volumatic spacer shown here).
– see the bottom left example, with the inside space used for storage as well).
Storage in one piece is better for school, saves a step for the carer who may not be as familiar with spacers.
And if you keep your prescriptions in the bag as well, you will know where they are when it’s time to get the scripts refilled.
