Deliveries                                               
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Please allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia.   We use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.  Postage insurance can be arranged on request, as well as a tracking number if you would like your item sent registered mail.

International Deliveries
International orders may take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process. 

All international orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

ONLINE returns/exchange policy
We offer a 6 month warranty on MyAsthmaBag.  Please retain the receipt for proof of purchase.  We do ask that you contact us by email prior to returning any items.

Respiratory spacers can be ordered on request, but cannot be returned due to health regulations. 

All other items if ordered incorrectly, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of shipment and unopened.  Postage will need to be paid for by the customer unless the error was made by BelloAlito.
